Well hello yellow! ;) Now this has to be one of the craziest colour schemes I have ever come up with. I started out with a much more orange background but it was just too much! This yellow is pretty crazy but I'm really starting to like it. Oh, I've been playing around with CSS (stylesheets) so now I've got funky text and stuff. hehe. Damn I need to find something to do with my life. The only shitty part about this whole re-design is that I toasted my script that updated the cam picture automagically. Crapola! Oh well, I'll figure it out again sometime. I hope. ;)

Woot! So my old drives aren't dead! Yahoo!! I was able to pull everything off of my 20gig drive and I'm cleaning it up now. Great fun! At least I know now that the old machine wasn't eating the drives. Now, I just have to find the weak link in the system and replace it. I wonder if it could be as simple as replacing the IDE cables. I'm thinking a new case is in order no matter what - the old AT case and power supply are leaving me a little worried. I'm hoping it's just something simple like a cable because I don't really want to have to buy a new motherboard just to get it running again. It would make a good little file server or something like that. :)

So I was in WalMart today picking up a couple things, one of which was laundry detergent. I'm cruisin' the aisles looking for what I want and bingo, there's the 48 washes bottle. Good enough. $14.47 or something like that. Then I look to the right a bit farther. 64 washes bottle. $13.47? Huh? Why would anyone even think about buying the 48 washes bottle when they can get another 24 washes for a buck less?? DAMN! Anyhoo, so now I've got lots of laundry detergent. At the rate I go through it, that bottle should last me a year, at least! hehhehhee.

Well, Amie pointed out tonight that it's only another couple weeks until she heads up here again. Yahoo! :) I wonder if the Canal will still be frozen then. I might just go skating. Might. ;)

Hehehehhe. So I'm not sure when it was done, but I've now got "Love Machine" written on the box of my truck on the passenger side. hehehehe. I'm wondering if it was one of the women I used to work with that went to lunch with us on Friday. hehehehhe. I took a picture of it so I'll get that online eventually. I had to laugh when I saw it. Too funny!

Guess What!? Monkey Butt! hehe. SO my old computer decided to eat my THIRD bloody hard drive. This time it hurt a lot because I had so much stuff on that drive I never got around to backing up. DOH! Stupid me. Anyhoo, so now I've got a new computer. I gave up on the other one because I haven't a clue what the heck is going on with it. It could be any one of the motherboard, power supply, IDE controller or even the power coming from the mains. Grrr. The new beast is pretty good but I really wasn't planning on buying a new computer right now so I only got a system that would fit the bill instead of going all out. The old machine became an organ donor for the new one. Drives and various card were swapped in a matter of hours. I really need to finish off this roll of film so I can get it developed.
